“The Natural Resources and Wildlife Department's actions will result in extensive downtime at the Senneterre facility”
- Tembec (TSX:TMB) announced Thursday that 260 workers will be affected by its decision to temporarily idle its Senneterre sawmill for at least three months this summer, due to lack of wood supply in the northwestern Quebec region.

Tembec reports fire at Manitoba plant, says full production will resume shortly
- A fire at Tembec Inc.'s (TSX:TMB) Pine Falls plant in Manitoba resulted in no major injuries and will only impact production for a few days, the paper producer said Thursday.
