Solutia, Saflex break ground on expanded PVB facility in Springfield, Mass.
Solutia Inc. 's Saflex unit broke ground Monday on an expansion to its polyvinyl butyral resin manufacturing facility in Springfield, Mass., that is expected to add 12,000 metric tons of annual capacity. via St. Louis Business Journal
