When was the last time you read the Cat in the Hat by Dr. Seuss?

If you look inside the front cover you may find that the children's book was first published in Boston in 1957 by Houghton Mifflin and is more recently being published in the United States by Random House Children's Books, a division of Random House, Inc, New York.

Smith meant when, in his comments concerning the incident involving Baltimore Ravers running back, Ray Rice, and his then-fiancee, Janay Palmer, he said he tells the women in his family that they shouldn't do anything to "provoke" wrong behavior in a man.
