Praxair subsidiary acquires coatings supplier

DANBURY, Conn. - Praxair Surface Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of industrial gas maker Praxair Inc., has acquired a supplier of protective coatings for industrial and aviation gas turbines, Praxair said Wednesday Praxair Surface Technologies purchased Sermatech International Holdings Corp.
