P&G workers fight firing over lewd and off-color emails

Font size: [A] [A] [A] Nearly 30 former Procter & Gamble workers who were fired for e-mailing pictures of naked people and off-color jokes about President Obama through the company's computers are fighting to collect unemployment benefits, saying they didn't do anything wrong because "everyone else" did it, too.

First off, these firings were an absolute joke! Especially since nobody complained about the emails. At most, these workers should have gotten a warning for this very minimal offense. The people up P&G are a real bunch of scumbags for doing this to people when there are no other jobs similar out there. I can't believe that these poor people have to fight to even get unemployment to pay bills and feed their families. I hope the people up at P&G realize how bad this makes them look.
