Parties, City Club offer stands on ballot measures

The nonpartisan City Club of Portland and the Democratic and Republican parties have announced their stances on seven ballot measures that Oregon voters will decide Nov. 4. Not surprisingly, the Democratic and Republican parties agree on only one ballot measure.
