BayBio has leased part of the former South San Francisco home of Novacea Inc. BayBio, the regional life sciences trade group now housed at 395 Oyster Point Blvd., will sublease 6,920 square feet of Novacea's former 25,288-square-foot headquarters at 400 Oyster Point.
