Midwest adds San Francisco, Raleigh routes

Midwest Airlines announced Tuesday that it will add nonstop service between Milwaukee and both San Francisco and Raleigh/Durham, N.C. Oak Creek-based Midwest will launch San Francisco service on April 19, 2010, and Raleigh/Durham service on April 1, 2010.
