Kleiner Perkins Denies Retaliation in Gender Discrimination Case
Silicon Valley venture firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers said it terminated former partner Ellen Pao for "longstanding performance issues" and not because she filed a lawsuit against the firm alleging gender discrimination and retaliation.
