Has Tylenol case gone cold again?

In the (Chicago) Daily Herald, FBI Spokesman, Ross Rice said:"Everyone's innocent until proven guilty, so yes,(Lewis is) an innocent man. He's a free man, and he can come and go as he pleases." For 27 years, the FBI and other law enforcers have been scape goating James Lewis, accusing him of being the 1982 Chicago area Tylenol murderer...without a shred of evidence. For 27 years the FBI has lied to each of you members of the public. Your life was on the line with those cyanide laced capsules, and the FBI has lied to you for 27 years. How does that make you feel?

The article in the Daily Herald, http://www.dailyherald.com/story/... , makes me wonder what the FBI and local law enforcement have been doing for 27 years. Federal agents and J & J claimed in 1982 that all the Tylenol was packaged in J & J facilities. We now know that is not true. The capsules were bottled, packaged and distributed by a Chicago area contractor. If tainted capsules were dropped into each bottle and replaced on the shelves, how did the bottle survive the shaking at check out and the ride home, and still remain on the top of the bottle so that each victim extracted a poison capsule, not a safe one, and popped it in his or her mouth?

Now the TYLENOL SMEAR MONGERS are at it again, trying to drum up fear and hatred toward James Lewis.

Lewis was in New York City and not in Chicago when the murders were committed. Using Lewis as a scapegoat has not solved the Tylenol Murders in 27 years, and it never will.

Think about it. Lewis has been called the Tylenol Murder Suspect for 27 years. 27 YEARS!
Is that long enough for everyone to realize that Lewis is the wrong man to accuse? Where is the evidence?

ANSWER: There has never been a shred of evidence, and never has been. Otherwise Lewis would have been arrested and fried decades ago.

the Tylenol Murder story, but infact, it repeats the 27 year old unfounded accusations against James Lewis, when they know, or should know, if they had diligently done their homework, that Lewis was living in New York and NOT in Chicago when the Chicago murders were committed.
