This morning, Goldman Sachs downgraded shares of both JC Penney and Dollar Tree as the firm is bearish on any companies competing with Wal-Mart . The firm lowered its rating on JC Penney from Netural to Sell and set a price target of $32 per share, while shares of Dollar Treet were downgraded from Buy to Neutral with a $52 price target.
