DineEquity finishes sale-leaseback of 181 Applebee's locations
DineEquity Inc. , formerly IHOP Corp. , has completed the sale-leaseback of 181 Applebee's-owned restaurant locations -- six fewer than previously expected -- for about $296 million in cash.
