Remember...you get what you pay for. We spent several months training some people to take our job. Once we got them trained they quit IBM and went to a competitor who paid them more money.
Cheaper IS NOT always better and I can prove it. IBM chooses not to tell their customers they are getting lower skilled workers....just how much money they can save. IBM will live to regret the business decision to discard its loyal, talented US team for inferior, low skilled, cheap labor. |
