Is this really necessary. This happens every year.

this is the time of year we hear about all the idiots who procrastinated, waited to file, etc

Sorry Jim you did not like this story! This is much better than reading about car accidents, robberies, or murders... I think there are many people in San Diego that are interested in knowing how to improve their financial lives especially with the state of the economy and housing.
