Leading UK and international organisations have written to Britain's largest drug company urging it to pool its patents on HIV medicines to help save millions of lives in developing countries.

If these organisations care so much then they should bet out their personal cheque books. Great medicines cost huge sums to develop and bring to market. As a GSK shareholder I say no one should get a free ride so pay up.
