United Technologies still eyeing Diebold

United Technologies Corp. said Thursday that second-quarter profit rose 11 percent and full-year profit and sales will exceed its forecasts on demand for Otis elevators and Sikorsky helicopters.

If UTC says they will buy DBD for $35.00/share, DBD will say too cheap.
Another Yahoo will be in the making. Then DBD will sell for $30.00 before they are done negotating

Thanks for staying on top of this story. Can you imagine, a defense contractor, with potentially billions of dollars in contracts at stake, being in the position of counting the votes for president, senate and house seats? Remember, the software used to count the votes is proprietary, it is SECRET, no one is allowed to see it or any changes made to it as we approach election day.
