I hope as do thousnds of other hard of hearing persons, that you will be adding captioning to all of your programing.
CHHA the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association is a volunteer self help group for hard of hearing people. We advocate for changes for the hearing impaired so that they can participate fully in every day life. We have in the past few days received many calls from individuals who are reluctant to watch the station now as they cannot understand what is being said. I look forward to hearing your reply and hope that you make some changes to this effect soon Thanks you Linda Baine President Canadian Hard of Hearing Association Hamilton Branch |
