The education provided at detention facility was sub-standard. Can a Tx Charter School, using state $$$ educate federal immigrant students? The answere is NO, Double-Dipping.

Where in the Law - State or federal does it say that the Taxpayer is obliged to pay for and Educate ILLEGAL ALIENS? Whether they are" escorted" ( with Illegal Parent): or "Unescorted"( ABANDONED by Illegal Parent/Illegal Parent Detained) Shouldn't they be DEPORTED !!!!Say what you will, but the bottom line is that they are NOT the responsibility of the Government NOR the Taxpayer- their Original Country is the one that shouild be responsible for them !!!!

I worked for both Cornell facilities in San Antonio, Campbell Griffin and Texas Adolescent Treatment Center. Both of these facilities are mangaged more like a prison, and less like a treatment center. And that's the biggest joke of all. There was no treatment going on there. Also, the charter school teachers were not certified teachers, and most of those did not have ANY type of schooling, much less a Bachelor's Degree.
