My family members have been working for COSTCO for quite a while and a few have been there since the beginning. It seems that the company has forgotten where it started. Upper Management also has forgotten where they came from and some fot there without learning the ropes of the departments they are running, especially in the bakery and deli. They have forgotten the golden rule that if something isn't broke, don't fix it. Get back to the basics and moral will go back up to where it used to be.
