Cicuit City USED to be a great place to shop. That was until their upper-management whackos had brain-fade and decided their salesforce was making too much money working on commission. When they placed their sales staff on hourly rates their good and knowledgeable people jumped ship. The yahoos they hired as replacements are there only for the money and don't know squat about the products they are supposed to be selling. Ever since that move in late 2006 their stock has hit the toilet! I know firsthand and that's why I now shop elsewhere... BestBuy isn't the only other place to shop either ... matter-of-fact, they are a little 'pricey', in my opinion...
