Barr and Mylan Invalidate Boehringer Ingelheim's Patent on Mirapex
A week ago, following a bench trial held in March, the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware held that Boehringer Ingelheim's patent on Mirapex is invalid for obviousness-type double patenting.
