Huntington Beach motorists are the safest in Southern California and are the least likely to be involved in an accident, an insurance company study shows.

BUFFALO GROVE, Ill, July 8, 2009 - Allstate Insurance Company today released its fifth annual "Allstate America's Best Drivers Report." The report ranks America's 200 largest cities in terms of car collision frequency to identify which cities have the safest drivers according to Allstate data.

Reno drivers rank among the safest in the nation and at the top in Nevada, according to a report released Wednesday from the Allstate Corporation.
