Koch unit finalizes acquisition of parts of Agrium unit
An affiliate of Koch Fertilizer said Wednesday it has finalized its acquisition of parts of a former business unit of Agrium Inc. Koch Agronomic Services said the acquisition, financial terms of which were not disclosed, is of the turf and ornamental assets, brands and product technologies of Agrium Advanced Technologies.
