I wish the News-Times "roboblogger" would stop sending stories over to Topix.

You News-Times folks didn't want to be associated with your readers' comments... so why are you sending spam over here to suck those same people back into your website?

Sorry, guys. You can't have it both ways.

Yeah. And they should have linked this story instead:

http://www.newstimes.com/latestnews/ci_136460...

DANBURY--A Liberty Street man who police said brought his 4-year-old daughter to a bar was charged with drunken driving and risk of injury to a minor early Saturday morning.
Charles Cardoso, 49, was also charged with failure to drive to the right and failure to properly restrain a child after police stopped him on Wooster Street just before 1 a.m.

Police said Cardoso had been drinking in a bar on Main Street and his daughter was asleep on a bar stool. After he left the bar with the child, someone called police.

When an officer stopped Cardoso, his daughter was in the rear seat, unrestrained by either a safety belt or child seat, police said.۩

Typical s'pic.

I have a question. Why didn't the bartender cut him off and send him on his way? Also what is the name of the bar on Main St. They should be fined.
