New Mexican Colcha Stitch Embroidery - from India to Iberia and to New Mexico - with Monique Durham will take place from noon-1 p.m. Nov. 6 at the Silver City Museum Annex, 302 W. Broadway St. The presentation is part of the museum's ongoing series of free Brown Bag lunchtime presentations. Step back in time, before the New Mexican colonial period to explore the history, the designs, and the stitch of this unique America Southwest folk embroidery.
