UM-Flint seeking approval for $1.7M renovation to Northbank Center for city's first DEA branch

University of Michigan-Flint's Northbank Center will get $1.7 million in renovations and be home to Flint's first US Drug Enforcement Agency if the university's Board of Regents approves the proposal at its July 17 meeting.
