Test it on yourselves first and if it doesn't work then you'll have no reason to doubt that it didn't work. The retarted or someone who doesn't matter is like the death pentalty on a merduer who didn't committ any crimes. They get all the subject they need when the government orders it's troops to stand in. Yea! they'll step forward because it's our country we'll do it to save the lives of thousands anyways.
