Funeral Mass Friday For Senator Chris Dodd's Sister, Martha: Capitol Watch

Martha Dodd Buonanno, the sister of U.S. Sen. Christopher J. Dodd and the daughter of the late U.S. Senator Thomas Dodd, died Monday at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston following a brief battle with cancer at the age of 68.
