Caribbean International Holdings through its subsidiary, Regenerative BioScience, Inc. , announced today that on August 27, 2014, a private investment group, J3 Financial, has acquired a controlling interest in the Company. Former CEO and former controlling shareholder, Steven Swank has resigned as of that same date; and effective as of August 28, 2014, the Company has appointed Mark Farber MD, PhD, MS as the new CEO of CIHN.
