Sneads Ferry man among this week's scratch off winners

A pair of seven-figure lottery wins were among the largest of the week as seven prizes of $100,000 or more were awarded since Wednesday, July 2. Marilyn Fields of Raleigh , a graduate and long-time employee of Shaw University, said a portion of her $2 million Powerball prize would be used to fully fund a scholarship in her family's name.
