People in Business: A who's who for Dec. 18
DON BURNARD has been appointed center dean of DeVry University in Bakersfield. Formerly a teacher, principal and program coordinator with the Kern County Office of Education, Burnard comes to DeVry from Point Loma Nazarene University, where as director he opened the school's Bakersfield Regional Center.
