McPherson trolley tours to start soon
Historical tours of McPherson on the city's new trolley will be available at 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturdays from May 30 through Aug.

A McPherson brother and sister singing duo were chosen winners of the first Salina's Got Talent competition Thursday at the Stiefel Theatre for the Performing Arts, 151 S. Santa Fe.
McPHERSON, Kan. -- Bobby Kiersztyn, Yorktown, has received the Julian H. 'Pop' Rice Craftsmanship Award for excelling in the area of auto restoration at McPherson College.
Carol Swenson has retired as the sports information director at McPherson College, where he was for nine years.
