Drug charges filed after search warrant executed Tuesday night

Drug charges were filed against Kenya O'Neal, 19, Hephzibah, Ga., and Marco Perez-Almanza, 19, Chicago, Ill., after the Decorah Police Department executed a narcotics search warrant on the Luther College campus Tuesday night.
