The smooth tones of saxophone accompanied by strings and percussion are expected to enchant audiences on Tuesday, September 19 when Lander University kicks off its Fine Arts Series featuring Dr. Robert Gardiner on sax. Dr. Gardiner, professor of music and conductor of the Lander Jazz Ensemble, will be accompanied on-stage by guest artists Amos Hoffman on guitar; Dustin Retzlaff on bass; and Danny Boozer on drums.
