Flint takes first step toward turning Chevy in the Hole brownfield site into park

Mayor Dayne Walling and his son Bennett, 8, watch as the first load of leaves is dumped at Chevy in the Hole site today, the first step in reclaiming the brownfield redevelopment area as a city park.
