DSU alum establishes scholarship fund in honor of slain students

Delaware State University alumnus Matthew W. Horace has established a $10,000 Horace Foundation Endowment to provide scholarships to DSU sociology/criminal justice majors in memory of three students: Terrance Aeriel, Dashon J.I. Harvey and Iofemi Hightower.
