Clarksville Student is Second Runner Up to Miss Teen Tennessee-World Title

Clarksville's Brittany McGinnis returned from Knoxville last week after placing second runner up to Miss Teen Tennessee-World. The Clarksville High graduate is entering Austin Peay University this year.
