The question remains did he do it at all or act alone?
The reality is nobody yet has known if these bodies were murdered on site or collected from
the streets nearby, this is a community where drug culture is second nature like the leaves falling from the trees, the mayors niece lived with him until a year ago and she reports being taken care of very well by Sowell, I am thinking these bodies were recently taken there by the human rats who had to discard them as unproductive sidewalk sales people and there are probably many more in the open empty homes around there that the human rats use as lookout posts. There is a lot of speculation now that someone who did not report the smell but reported while visiting the resident Sowell he was aggressive towards her and she left to report it as rape, next the police come along to question him and this discovery evolved.
