If an inspection of the property by a qualified professional reveals the presence of poly pipe, the only complete remedy is a re-plumb to eliminate it wherever it is found. How can you tell if a structure has poly pipe? It isn't always easy. The pipe is non-rigid and is usually gray or blue..
