Sonora Pass opens to traffic

Sonora Pass opened Thursday, earlier than Caltrans expected. Tioga and Ebbetts passes have not opened yet, though Caltrans officials hope to open Ebbetts Pass by Memorial Day weekend, said Lisa Balcom, Caltrans ... via The Union Democrat
