TERRORISTIC THREATS: Michael Shawn Keefer, 33, Chambersburg, was arrested for terroristic threats, simple assault and criminal mischief after an incident at 8:55 a.m. Sunday along Mickey Inn Road, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Chambersburg.
