Several grass fires that were reportedly sparked by lightning in Eastern El Paso County Wednesday night are now reportedly under control as of early Thursday morning.

A Thunderstorm that passed over the Eastern Plains around the 8:00pm this evening is the suspected source of a rash of wildfires burning in El Paso County.

Steve Beckley is hoping for more smiles this year at the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park.
