He is a real criminal; he has quite a long rap sheet. These people only escalate in their criminal behavior. Kudos to the Suffolk County Deputy Sheriffs for catching this maniac.

haha i saw this guy near exit 66 last week during morning rush hour. it was hilarious, he had nothing on but a black cloth obstructing his lower face. he was standing there with his hands on his hips. newsday you gotta put this guys mugshot up.

It took nine days to catch this guy, and the sheriffs had to set up a stakeout for this nonsense and he had to be driving the wrong way for them to catch him! Hilarious, the keystone cops!!

Yes if true, this is a real if somewhat minor crime (it is a "b" misdemeanor) but no, this behavior rarely if ever escalates. This is not a starter sex crime. In fact it may not even be a Megan's law violation. It is a compulsive behavior which is both treatable and mostly dangerous to the individual himself and not to others.

It needs to be addressed but let's not make it worse than it is.

Im sure that all the parents enjoyed having their dauthers watch this guy too.

3 months in jail?????? I believe he should be put away in a facility for much longer than 3 months...what the heck is 3 months, give me a break..if he can do that then God only knows what else he can or does do...throw away the key
