Police say man tampered with ammonia tanks, fled
William H. Faberman, 40, has been lodged in the Wayne County Jail on preliminary charges of anhydrous ammonia tampering and aggravated fleeing and eluding.
Clay County Sheriff Jim Sulsberger has announced that the Clay County Sheriff's Office, in conjunction with the Illinois Department of Transportation, will be conducting a Speed Enforcement Detail that is in effect now, and will remain in effect through the month of September.
