ShopRite plan clears first hurdle in Wyckoff

The Planning Board on Monday night determined Inserra Supermarkets' plans to build a ShopRite at the defunct A&P at Greenwood and Wyckoff avenues were complete, the first of several steps necessary to construct the 65,000-square-foot center.
