Go Steve Bellone, he has my vote!! He has been doing a great job! Why change now?? We will vote you in if you promise to hold the line, like always!
More effort is needed for Lindy, we get lost in the shuffle of the other towns. Lets hear it for a ice rink! Wouldn't it be wonderful if the kids had a place to go on weekends where they allowed to hang out with supervision. Is there any grants out there??

Ice Rinks are fine and fountains refreshing but how about fixing the storm infrastructure along the shore roads. People can't get out of their houses during high tides!

Same way you ignored the fact that you bought a house in a flood zone.

Are you kidding??? My house floods everytime!! I have been in a forty yr fight with the village of Lindenhurst! They use my house as a sump!!! They have caused my home, and cars over 20thousand worth of damage. I have wrote letters, letters and more letters to every damn person including bablon supervisors.. Nothing will ever get done! They continue to build along the creeks and let homes put up driveways the size of blocks that leach their homes catch basins into the streets. Why don't the idiots pass a law any new driveway over one car length needs to be self contained, including new homes! Period!!!
So when I ask for a skating rink its because the water issues will never be attended to!!! I will hire a laywer next time I get water, Im not the poor kid anymore they used to deal with! Lots of luck Dougie and shawnie!

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Cancer

If you're busy with a last-minute Christmas shopping trip it will be easy to lose track of how much you're spending, particularly if you're in a panic and desperate to tick off every name on your list. However, you might be in for a nasty shock later on when you tot up the massive amount of money that you parted with. So try to keep a running total in your head or stick to a strict budget for each gift.
