ACLU weighs in on Wooster's proposed homeless measure
In the hours before Wooster City Council considers a measure that would levy criminal penalties on people living on public property who could be in a shelter, another organization has weighed in. The ACLU Ohio sent a letter to City Hall earlier today urging council to not enact the ordinance, which will get its second reading when council convenes in regular session tonight at 7:30 at City Hall.
