WOODSTOCK, Conn. _ State police say a 66-year-old man shot while in a craft tent at the Woodstock Fair may have been hit by a bullet fired by a policeman.Troopers have seized the guns of a half dozen Putnam police officers, including Chief Rick Hayes, who were conducting firearms training at the nearby Putnam Fish and Game Club.Police say the man, ...
