No better time for a dedication

In a 90-minute ceremony filled with patriotism Wednesday, Chapter 850 of Vietnam Veterans of America dedicated the Kent County Vietnam Memorial -- a tribute to 27 Kent countians who gave their lives in what they called an unpopular, little-understood war.
