Seven adults face child neglect charges in upstate South Carolina after 15 children were removed from a dirty, trash-strewn doublewide mobile home where they all lived.
Fifteen children living in a double-wide trailer were put into protective custody and seven adults were arrested, according to the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office.
